By accessing or using our services—including but not limited to custom pool design, backyard transformation, outdoor living solutions, and direct financing—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Overview

GV Pools provides pool installation and outdoor living services across Florida, including the design, planning, financing, and construction of custom pools. We also offer optional upgrades such as summer kitchens, fencing, screens, lighting, and advanced filtration systems.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the legal property owner or authorized decision-maker to engage in services with us. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet these criteria.

4. Estimates, Site Visits & Financing

All projects begin with a site visit (estimate), during which our team will assess your backyard and discuss suitable models, timeline, and financing. Clients may be eligible for flexible payment plans directly with GV Pools—no banks, no credit checks. Financing approval is subject to internal review and confirmation of down payment.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments for site visits must be scheduled in advance. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Failure to attend a confirmed site visit without prior notice may result in service delays or loss of scheduling priority.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

Project payments are due based on the contractual payment schedule agreed upon during the estimate approval. Down payments are required to secure the project timeline. Refunds may be subject to administrative and labor costs already incurred. Full refund terms are outlined in your contract.

7. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone regarding your project, including reminders, updates, promotional offers, and new services. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
